I never really understood Buddhist vegetarian cuisine.
Mainly due to the awkward presence of mock meat and the
increasing frequency of vegetarian "chicken chop".
If anything, Indian/Hindu vegetarian cuisine
epitomises the true spirit of vegetarianism.
And so, my long-awaited experience came at Komala's.
